1. Identity of Knoxlink
Knoxlink is established in Houten, the Netherlands, and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 90900626 (hereinafter: “Knoxlink”).
Knoxlink operates an online platform on which Creators can create a personal page with affiliate links and giveaway features (hereinafter: the “Platform”).
2. Definitions
Platform: the Knoxlink website, software and all related services.
Creator: a natural person aged 18 or over, or a legal entity, that generates revenue through the Platform.
User: any visitor to or user of the Platform or a Creator page.
Affiliate Commission: compensation received from a third party based on sales or actions completed through affiliate links.
Payout: the transfer of accrued revenue to a Creator.
Self-Billing: the process through which Knoxlink prepares a payout statement or invoice on behalf of a Creator.
Fee & Revenue Policy: the separate document that sets out current fees, revenue distribution and commercial conditions.
3. Applicability
These terms apply to all agreements between Knoxlink and Creators and to the use of the Platform by Users.
Current fees and revenue distribution are set out in the Knoxlink Fee & Revenue Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
4. Role of Knoxlink
Knoxlink provides creator pages and community functions and manages its own affiliate partnerships, campaign assignment, reporting and creator payments. Product or gambling-service agreements remain between the visitor and the relevant external provider. Knoxlink does not operate a casino.
Knoxlink is not responsible for the delivery, quality or performance of products or services supplied by third parties.
5. Account Registration and Verification
Creators must be at least 18 years old.
Knoxlink may require identity verification (KYC) before making a payout.
Community/profile access and commercial approval are separate. Knoxlink reviews actual audience countries, content, reach, permitted channels, age restrictions, partner terms and applicable rules before assigning campaigns. Registration and the optional setup wizard confer no right to promote a campaign. Knoxlink may limit or suspend access for a stated contractual, security or legal reason; the account holder may contact Knoxlink to dispute the decision, subject to legally required restrictions on disclosure.
6. Revenue and Commissions
Affiliate revenue is considered final only when:
- the underlying transaction has been confirmed by the third party; and
- the commission has been paid irrevocably to Knoxlink.
Until then, revenue remains provisional.
The exact revenue distribution, platform fees and any additional charges are set out in the Fee & Revenue Policy.
The standard split is 70% for the creator and 30% for Knoxlink of individually attributable final net affiliate receipts. Any special incentive or commercial arrangement must have a documented allocation basis.
7. Payment Processing and Costs
Fees charged by payment providers, banks and external service providers are deducted from revenue in accordance with the Fee & Revenue Policy.
Currency conversion may take place at the rate used by the payment provider. Knoxlink may apply a conversion fee as described in the Fee & Revenue Policy.
8. Refunds, Chargebacks and Negative Balances
Knoxlink may reverse commissions following cancellations, refunds or chargebacks.
Documented corrections remain visible in the financial history. A negative balance carries forward and may be offset against future valid revenue; a disputed amount can be raised with Knoxlink.
9. Payouts
The default minimum available payout is EUR 50. Lower balances carry forward. There is at most one manual payout round per calendar month. Knoxlink personally contacts the creator before the first payment to arrange required identity, payment, tax and legal checks. Only reconciled final net funds received by Knoxlink qualify; pending or merely approved reports are not immediately payable.
Knoxlink may suspend payouts where fraud is suspected or verification is pending.
10. Self-Billing
Self-billing, where appropriate, requires a separately agreed arrangement and suitable invoice/tax information before payment. Registration alone does not create a completed self-billing agreement. Each party remains responsible for its own applicable tax and reporting obligations.
11. Prohibited Use and Fraud
The use of bots, artificial traffic or tracking manipulation is prohibited.
Knoxlink may investigate suspected manipulation, proportionately restrict relevant functions and correct substantiated invalid transactions with an audit record. Valid historical credit is not erased merely because a campaign is paused.
12. Content and Monetisation
Prohibited content includes scams, hate speech and illegal products.
Knoxlink manages campaign selection and assignment. Creators cannot independently choose, join or activate campaigns, and partners cannot contact or assign creators directly through the Platform. A creator can report an issue; that campaign is immediately paused for that creator pending Knoxlink review. The decision and relevant history remain available.
Casino promotion must not target the Netherlands. A foreign operator or a creator residence abroad does not establish legal permission. Relevant operator licences, actual audience geography, age, advertising channels, platform rules and local restrictions require specific review. Technical filters are not a legal approval. Promotions stay unavailable until required reviews and individually traceable tracking have been established.
13. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their content.
By publishing content, the Creator grants Knoxlink a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use and promote that content.
14. Taxes and Sanctions
Creators are responsible for their own tax returns and compliance with international sanctions legislation.
15. Liability
Knoxlink is liable only for direct loss.
Total liability is limited to the fees paid to Knoxlink during the 12 months preceding the event that caused the loss, or €500 if no fees were paid.
Knoxlink is not liable for indirect loss or errors by third parties.
16. Indemnification
The Creator indemnifies Knoxlink against third-party claims arising from content or use of the Platform.
17. Term and Termination
The agreement is entered into for an indefinite period.
18. Changes
Knoxlink communicates material changes in advance and records the applicable terms/policy version. Renewed acceptance is requested where needed for commercial functions. Changes do not erase existing balances or prior acceptance records; mandatory statutory rights continue to apply.
19. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the District Court of Midden-Nederland, Utrecht location.
