KNOXLINK FEE & REVENUE POLICY

Version 1.0

Last updated: 12 February 2026

1. Applicability

This Fee & Revenue Policy forms an integral part of the Knoxlink Terms and Conditions.

In the event of a conflict, this Fee & Revenue Policy prevails in relation to commercial arrangements and compensation.

Knoxlink reserves the right to amend this Policy in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

2. Revenue Distribution – Affiliate Revenue

Creators receive seventy percent (70%) of the net affiliate revenue generated through their Knoxlink page.

Knoxlink retains thirty percent (30%) of net affiliate revenue as a platform fee.

“Net affiliate revenue” means the amount actually and irrevocably paid to Knoxlink by the affiliate network or third party, less transaction costs, payment processing fees, chargebacks, refunds and other external costs.

Affiliate incentives, bonuses or promotional compensation awarded to Knoxlink by affiliate networks belong entirely to Knoxlink unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Knoxlink reserves the right to determine how such promotional benefits are used.

3. Donations and Subscriptions

If the Platform provides features for affiliate-related revenue, payment processing fees and external transaction costs will be deducted from the amount received before payment to the Creator.

Knoxlink reserves the right to introduce an additional platform fee for affiliate-related revenue in the future. Any changes will be announced in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

4. Payment Processing Fees

Fees charged by payment providers, banks or other financial service providers are deducted in full from revenue before the revenue distribution is applied.

Knoxlink is not liable for changes to payment provider rates.

5. Currency Conversion

Where revenue is converted into EUR or USD, the exchange rate used by the payment provider applies.

Knoxlink charges a currency conversion fee of one percent (1%) on the converted amount.

Exchange-rate differences and external bank fees are payable by the Creator.

6. Negative Balances

If refunds, chargebacks, corrections or other reversals result in a negative balance, that balance is immediately due to Knoxlink.

Knoxlink may also offset negative balances against future revenue.

7. Promotions and Individual Arrangements

Knoxlink may temporarily offer lower platform fees, promotional rates or alternative conditions.

Knoxlink may enter into individual arrangements with specific Creators.

Temporary promotions or individual arrangements do not create a right to continuation after the promotional period ends.

8. Changes and Future Models

Knoxlink reserves the right to introduce additional revenue models, subscription structures or pricing plans.

Changes will be announced in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
