Knoxlink Fee & Revenue Policy
Version 2026-11-02
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. Scope and commercial activation
This policy forms part of the Knoxlink Terms and Conditions. Opening an account or setting up a profile does not activate commercial campaigns. Knoxlink first reviews the creator, actual viewer countries, channels and applicable partner permissions. Creators cannot independently choose, join or activate campaigns.
2. Affiliate revenue: 70% creator / 30% Knoxlink
The creator receives 70% and Knoxlink retains 30% of final net affiliate revenue individually attributable to that creator. Net revenue means affiliate commission actually received by Knoxlink after documented external transaction costs, refunds and chargebacks. A partner's reported sales value is not the amount payable to the creator. No revenue or minimum income is guaranteed.
Only traceable results are allocated. Bonuses or individual arrangements require written agreement and a clear allocation basis.
3. Reporting and corrections
Pending earnings are provisional partner reports. Approved earnings are the reported creator share approved by a partner and may include amounts subsequently received or paid. Available payout is the creator's reconciled share of final net funds actually received, minus previous payments and documented corrections. Total paid out records completed manual payments.
Rejected or refunded transactions do not create a payable balance. Corrections are recorded as new entries without erasing earlier history; negative credit carries forward and offsets future earnings. Contact Knoxlink about disputed attribution or adjustments. These labels do not constitute bank guarantees.
4. First-phase payouts
The default minimum available payout is EUR 50 per creator. Amounts below the minimum carry forward. There is at most one payout round per calendar month and at most one recorded payment per creator in that round. No automatic bank payout is made.
Before the first payment, the Knoxlink owner personally contacts the creator to arrange identity checks, a suitable payment method, necessary tax/legal information and documentation. These checks are not required as part of the initial profile setup. Payment requires final reconciliation, sufficient received funds and completed checks. A monthly round is not a promise that provisional earnings will be paid on a particular day.
Any future change to the minimum is communicated before applying the new threshold; existing recorded credit is retained.
5. Currencies and documentation
The first-phase payout ledger is in EUR. Other-currency partner reports remain separate until documented manual reconciliation and currency conversion are arranged. No automatic exchange rate or additional platform conversion fee is applied by this release. Relevant external conversion costs must be evidenced.
Payment statements and any self-billing arrangement are agreed separately where required. Creators remain responsible for their own tax position; Knoxlink meets its applicable reporting obligations.
6. Campaign concerns
Reporting an issue pauses new promotion and click-through for that campaign on the reporting creator's page. Historical results and accrued valid credit remain available. Knoxlink reviews the report, records the outcome and decides whether promotion may resume or ends for that creator. Restrictions and legal requirements cannot be overridden through an individual agreement.
7. Changes
Material commercial changes are communicated in advance. Knoxlink records the policy version and acceptance time and obtains renewed acceptance where required. Historical acceptances and financial entries are retained as appropriate. Questions about the policy can be raised with the Knoxlink owner through the contact details on the Platform.
